If you have a big stomach and you would like to get it flat, you can do the right exercise and get good results. You do not even need to go to the gym for such exercises. Here are some exercises to get a flat stomach.
Start by lying flat on your stomach and have your forearms on the floor. Continue by pressing down with your forearms and push yourself up until your back, neck, head, and legs are in a straight line; make sure to use your toes as support. This exercise is tailored to strengthen your upper and lower abdominal muscles, your inner core muscles, and it burns more calories than other abs exercises.
You should place your hands on the floor as if you are about to finish a pushup. Use your toes to push off and pull your right leg forward as you extend your left leg back. Then you can alternate the legs for the number of reps you want. Make sure that your upper body does not move while doing this exercise. If you would like to make it more difficult, you can speed up the steps.
To perform this exercise, lie on your back and place your palm beneath the head. Lift your legs and position them at a 90-degree angle. Start by keeping the right hand on your head and twist your body to bring the right elbow towards the right knee. Ensure that you perform this exercise slowly to get the best results.
Sit on the floor, with your knees bent. Continue by slightly leaning back and bring your legs up and then straightening them until your body assumes a V position. Make sure that you are stretching your arms out and that they are parallel to each other. Ensure that the palms are facing inwards. You should not forget to engage the abs muscles when doing the exercise and ensure that the stomach is relaxed and flat.
